I bought my 7 year old daughter both of Allison’s books for Christmas as she does cheer. There are no other cheer books that we could find on the market quite as magical as these.
The picture are beautiful, characters sweet and realistic. They are a good length book to read in more than one sitting. Lovely sized book. My daughter told all her friends she got them for Christmas and claims she’s one of the characters in the book as they both have curly hair lol.
Would highly recommend these books. There are some Activities also in the book.

I think this book is great for young kids starting cheer. It uses the language of cheer, and explains it in a simple way. It goes through tryouts, practice and performing and the emotions kids have while going through those steps. I will be purchasing my own hard copy of this book for my daughters and have recommended it to friends. If your child has started cheer, this is a great book to read to them.
